Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind our products, but understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Our policy is designed to be straightforward while protecting the specialized nature of our hobby products.

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery when:

• Items are in original, unassembled condition
• All original packaging and documentation is included

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their specialized nature, these items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Opened paints & liquid chrome (safety regulations)
• Glue products (chemical restrictions)
• Custom photoetch/resin sets (made-to-order items)
• Opened decal sets & paint masks
• Diecast models with removed protective packaging

Step-by-Step Return Process

• Return authorization number (RMA)

• Use original packaging materials when possible
• Wrap fragile items (resin kits, display bases) individually in bubble wrap
• Include all original documentation
