Ordering & Account Questions

Shipping & Delivery
We offer two reliable shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95): Via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch) with full tracking
- Free Shipping: For orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch) with basic tracking
We ship globally! However, some remote areas in Asia and other locations may have restrictions. If you’re unsure about delivery to your location, please email us at [email protected] before ordering.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes, which vary by country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and will be collected by your local customs office upon arrival.
Every item – from fragile photoetch/resin sets to heavy diecast trucks – is packed with specialized materials to prevent damage, using the same care we’d want for our own collections. Our model-safe packaging has proven extremely reliable in transit.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery if you’re not completely satisfied. The return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect. Please contact us immediately for return authorization.
We stand behind every item we ship! If any product arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Absolutely! Contact us within 15 days of receipt, and we’ll guide you through the exchange process. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs.
